ГЕНЕТИЧЕСКИЕ ФАКТОРЫ В ИММУНОПАТОГЕНЕЗЕ ПСОРИАЗА И ПСОРИАТИЧЕСКОГО АРТРИТА

Аннотация

Существует генетически обусловленная предрасположенность к развитию псориаза (ПС) и псориатического артрита (ПсА), в которой существенное значение имеют гены цитокинов. Идентификация полиморфных вариантов генов иммунного ответа (генов цитокинов и их рецепторов) – перспективное направление в изучении генетических факторов риска развития воспаления в коже и суставах при ПС и ПсА. В иммунопатогенезе псориаза и псориатического артрита ведущими являются иммунные нарушения, характеризующиеся девиацией цитокинового профиля по Th1-типу (IL- 2, IFNγ, TNFα). В обзоре проведен анализ данных литературы, раскрывающих роль полиморфизма генов цитокинов в ассоциации с характером течения ПС и ПсА. Поиск генетических маркеров риска развития ПС и ПсА является важным шагом персонализированного подхода к прогнозу течения заболевания и формированию профилактических мероприятий с целью предупреждения прогрессирования патологического процесса.
