Аннотация
Резюме. Структура крапивницы у детей в последнее десятилетие претерпела изменения в связи с открытием аутоиммунной формы, на которую приходится от 30 до 52% от всех случаев хронической идиопатической крапивницы. Физические крапивницы диагностируются в 17-20% случаев и другие формы, в том числе аллергическая, выявляются менее чем в 5%. Разные типы хронической крапивницы имеют свои характерные иммунологические черты и клинические особенности. Продолжается совместная работа экспертной группы европейских аллергологов-иммунологов и дерматологов по уточнению диагностических критериев и подходов к профилактике и терапии этой патологии у детей.
