СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ МЕТОДЫ И ПОДХОДЫ К ИЗУЧЕНИЮ АПОПТОЗА В ЭКСПЕРИМЕНТАЛЬНОЙ БИОЛОГИИ

Аннотация

Резюме. Обзор посвящен анализу методологических подходов, применяемых в настоящее время
для изучения апоптоза у беспозвоночных и позвоночных животных при помощи проточной цитоф люориметрии. Процесс апоптоза сопровождается специфическими изменениями морфологии и биохимии клетки, характерными для всех эукариотических клеток. На представителях различных групп животных детально рассмотрены методы и подходы, позволяющие анализировать морфологические изменения клеток и изменения липидного состава их плазматических мембран, определять уровень активации внутриклеточных ферментов и компонентов каскада каспаз, степень фрагментации ДНК, так же как и нарушения функционирования митохондрий. Апоптоз является одним из ключевых механизмов поддержания постоянства внутренней среды многоклеточного организма, и его оценка является необходимой составляющей фундаментальных и прикладных исследований в экспериментальной биологии и иммунологии. Набор методов определения апоптоза достаточно велик, и предпочтение исследователя определяется конкретными задачами и техническими возможностями лаборатории.
