АНТИТЕЛА К ЦИТОПЛАЗМЕ НЕЙТРОФИЛОВ КАК МАРКЕР НЕБЛАГОПРИЯТНОГО ТЕЧЕНИЯ НЕСПЕЦИФИЧЕСКОГО ЯЗВЕННОГО КОЛИТА
Аннотация
У 67% больных ЯК выявляются антитела к цитоплазме нейтрофилов (пАНЦА). Нами было обнаружено, что для пациентов с диагностическим титром пАНЦА характерными клиническими особенностями являются большая длительность заболевания, частота стула и гипертермии. Кроме того, у них чаще обнаруживается тромбоцитоз, лейкоцитоз, более низкий уровень альбумина крови. При эндоскопическом исследовании у данного контингента больных достоверно чаще выявляются язвенные дефекты слизистой оболочки толстой кишки. Нами также была отмечена большая частота тяжелых и часто-рецидивирующих форм ЯК среди пАНЦА-позитивных больных. Полученные данные позволяют предположить, что диагностический титр пАНЦА является признаком неблагоприятного течения язвенного колита.
