Аннотация

Данные, представленные в обзоре, характеризуют ключевую роль гуморальных и клеточных факторов иммунитета, выявляемых в постинфарктном периоде. Согласно этим данным, иммунореактивность может определять уровень повреждения миокарда и последующее течение болезни.
