On the basis of IECPR, one may provide new interpretations for immune events, and in particular, to consider them as an additional factor determining poly- and autoreactivity of antibodies, and, respectively, extend the concept of regulatory functions of natural antibodies. For medical practice, the IECPR would be especially useful in cases of search for novel vaccines and immune diagnostic preparations.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>белки</kwd><kwd>эпитопы</kwd><kwd>антитела</kwd><kwd>иммунная регуляция</kwd><kwd>иммунная толерантность</kwd><kwd>вакцины</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>proteins</kwd><kwd>epitopes</kwd><kwd>antibodies</kwd><kwd>immune regulation</kwd><kwd>immune tolerance</kwd><kwd>vaccines</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Ашмарин И.
