Дано представление о Т-регуляторных лимфоцитах, их роли в развитии толерантности к собственным антигенам и снижении противоопухолевого и противоинфекционного иммунного ответа, и их вкладе в развитие ассоциированной с трансфузиями гемокомпонентов иммуномодуляции.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In this review article, we present current clinical data about the effects of transfused hemocomponents upon immune system of the recipients, and about transfusion-related immunomodulation, with emphasis on the role of T-regulatory (Treg) cells in these events.
