При этом генерализованной активации эндотелия отводится определяющая роль в патогенезе СВО. Мы исследовали влияния продуктов механического повреждения миокарда, LPS и их сочетания на эндотелиальные клетки вены человека (HUVEC). Выяснено, что в ответ на цитозольную фракцию кардиомиоцитов (ЦФК), моделирующую механическое повреждение миокарда, эндотелиальные клетки HUVEC увеличивают продукцию провоспалительных цитокинов. При этом 2% ЦФК, содержащая Hsp70 - 0,204 нг/мл, для эндотелиальных клеток явилась более сильным стимулом к продукции IL-6 и IL-8 по сравнению с умеренными концентрациями эндотоксина.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Complicated systemic inflammatory response (SIR) often determines the outcome in patients after cardiac surgery. Systemic endothelial activation plays the most important role in SIR pathogenesis. We have studied the impact of mechanical myocardial injury products, LPS and their combination on human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC). We have found that HUVEC increase the production of proinflammatory cytokines in response tocardiomyocyte cytosolic fraction responsible for mechanical injury modeling. 2% cytosolic fraction containing 0.204 ng/mL of Hsp70 was a greater stimulus for endothelial cells to produce IL-6 and IL8 than moderateendotoxin concentrations.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>эндотелиоциты</kwd><kwd>патогены</kwd><kwd>продукты повреждения клеток</kwd><kwd>цитокины</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>endothelial cells</kwd><kwd>pathogens</kwd><kwd>products of damaged cells</kwd><kwd>cytokines</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Гусев Е.Ю., Черешнев В.А., Юрченко Л.Н.
