Иммунофенотип лимфоцитов периферической крови определяли методом проточной цитофлуориметрии. Активность НАД(Ф)-зависимых дегидрогенез в лимфоцитах крови изучали биолюминесцентным методом. У больных раком почки после курса интерферонотерапии установлены изменения иммунофенотипического спектра и энзиматической активности лимфоцитов периферической крови.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>We have observed forty-four patients with metastatic renal cancer before and after interferon therapy. Immune markers of of peripheral blood lymphocytes were determined by flow cytometry.
