Показано, что грипп, осложненный пневмонией, в острый период заболевания сопровождается высокой концентрацией TNFα, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 с резким падением IFNγ в сыворотке крови. Выявлена корреляционная связь между выраженностью и продолжительностью симптомов при неосложненном и осложненном пневмонией гриппе и концентрацией провоспалительных (TNFα, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8) и противовоспалительных цитокинов (IL-1rа, и IL-10), а также показателями интерферонового статуса (antiIFNα,IFNα и IFNγ) пациента.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The goal of present study was to perform a comparative evaluation of cytokine levels in blood of 123 patients with uncomplicated influenza versus a group of cases complicated by subsequent pneumonia. Higher levels of TNFα, IL-10, IL-6, IL-8 and lower levels of IFNγ were found in blood serum of those patients who developed pneumonia during acute phase of influenza.
