Резюме. При использовании метода твердофазного иммуноферментного анализа, в сыворотке крови больных посттравматическим стрессовым расстройством (ПТСР), в сравнении со здоровыми лицами, определены уровни иммунных комплексов (ИК), содержащих продукты активации систеы комплемента – C1q- и C3d-ИК. Согласно полученным данным, концентрации C1q- и C3d-ИК в крови больных ПТСР достоверно превышали аналогичные параметры здоровых лиц, что отражает наблюдаемую при данной патологии гиперактивацию классического каскада комплемента. При этом, в случае больных ПТСР наблюдалась достоверная положительная корреляция между уровнями C1q- и C3d-ИК. Сделан вывод, что ПТСР характеризуется нарушением механизмов распознавания и элиминации ИК, что может являться основой хронической активации иммунной системы и развития системных воспалительных реакций при данной патологии.

C1q- and C3d-IC, were determined in patients with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), as compared to healthy subjects, using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. According to the data obtained, the levels of both C1q- и C3d-IC were significantly increased in PTSD-patients versus healthy subjects, thus reflecting hyperactivation of classical complement pathway detected in this pathology. Moreover, a significant positive correlation was found between C1q- and C3d-IC levels in PTSD group. It was concluded that PTSD is characterized by altered mechanisms of IC recognition and elimination that may underly chronic activation of immune system and systemic inflammatory response associated with this disorder.
