Результаты иммунологических и молекулярно-биологических исследований последних десятилетий позволили четко определить механизмы возникновения и особенности течения аллергических реакций на пищевые продукты растительного происхождения, в том числе и аллергии на плоды Prunus persica – персики и нектарины. В данной статье приводится анализ литературных данных, касающихся аллергических реакций на персик, а также клинических наблюдений за больными с подобной аллергией и результатов компонентной аллергодиагностики ISAC ImmunoCAP, проведенной этим пациентам. Накопленные данные позволяют выделить два принципиально разных типа аллергических реакций на Prunus persica.
