Проводилось исследование распределения р34 в тканях и сыворотках крови больных раком молочной железы (РМЖ) иммуноблоттингом с помощью моноклональных антител 1F3-2D4 и антисывороток, которые выявили р34 в образцах тканей РМЖ, в метастазах, а в сыворотках крови – р51-53, р150-250. Белки могут быть ассоциированы либо с предшественником катепсина В, либо с муцинами, либо с кадгеринами, либо с CD22 – молекулой адгезии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Abstract. The study deals with p34 distribution in tissue and sera from the patients with breast cancer, using Western-blotting with МКА 1F3-2D4 monoclonals and antisera that identified p34 in breast cancer tissue samples, in metastases. In blood sera, p51-53, p150-p250 were assayed.
