Во время беременности происходит взаимный обмен клетками между матерью и плодом. В связи с этим научный интерес представляет феномен влияния неунаследованных родительских HLA на разнообразные иммунные реакции у потомства. В статье рассмотрены возможные механизмы влияния неунаследованных родительских HLA на формирование иммунной компетентности у плода и ребенка на примерах трансплантации, аутоиммунной патологии и парциальных иммунодефицитов.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Abstract. In pregnancy, mutual cell exchange proceeds between mother and foetus. Therefore, a great research interest is connected with phenomenon of specific influence of non-inherited parental HLA upon various immune reactions in the offspring. This article deals with possible mechanisms of influence of non-inherited parental HLA upon development of immunocompetence in foetus and child, including examples from transplantation, autoimmune pathology, and partial immunodefiencies.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>неунаследованные HLA</kwd><kwd>иммунный ответ</kwd><kwd>трансплантация</kwd><kwd>аутоиммунитет</kwd><kwd>вакцинация</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>non-inherited parental HLA</kwd><kwd>immune response</kwd><kwd>transplantation</kwd><kwd>autoimmunity</kwd><kwd>vaccination</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Гвоздев В.А.
