Настоящая работа демонстрирует способность монооксида углерода запускать апоптоз клеток линии Jurkat по митохондриальному пути. Нами было показано, что проапоптотическое действие CO сопряжено с пермеабилизацией митохондриальных мембран клеток. Одной из причин возникновения пор в мембранах митохондрий является дисбаланс белков-регуляторов апоптоза семейства Bcl-2. В нашей работе продемонстрировано снижение экспрессии мРНК и содержания антиапоптотических протеинов Bcl-2 и Bcl-xl, а также снижение экспрессии мРНК и повышение содержания проапоптотического белка Bad в клетках линии Jurkat после инкубирования с 50 мкМ донором монооксида углерода CORM-2.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec><sec><title>Abstract</title><p>Abstract. This study demonstrates ability of carbon monoxide to trigger mitochondrial pathway of apoptosis induction of Jurcat cells. We have shown that proapoptotic action of carbon monoxide is coupled to permeabilization of cellular mitochondrial membranes. Imbalance in Bcl-2 family of regulatory proteins may be considered among possible reasons of the membrane pore formation.
