В исследование было включено 154 больных инфарктом миокарда с подъемом сегмента ST, которым на первые и десятые сутки госпитализации определялись уровни цитокинов методом твердофазного иммуноферментного анализа. На первые сутки заболевания у обследованных больных, по сравнению со здоровыми лицами, регистрировались в два раза более высокие значения медианы уровня TNFα и IL-1α. В динамике отмечалось двукратное увеличение к десятым суткам заболевания содержание TNFα и IL-8 в плазме крови, в то время как уровень IL-1α и IL-10 в плазме крови значимо снижался к десятым суткам после интервенционного вмешательства по сравнению с его медианой в первые сутки наблюдения. Кроме того, изучена динамика цитокинов в подгруппах пациентов с инфарктом миокарда, разделенных по полу, возрасту и наличию осложнений течения заболевания в госпитальном периоде. Отмечено, что у пациентов с осложненным течением инфаркта миокарда отмечался высокий уровень IL-1α как исходно, так и на десятые сутки заболевания. У пациентов женского пола как уровень IL-8, так и IL-10 значимо не изменялся к десятым суткам инфаркта миокарда. В группе пациентов моложе 56 лет отмечено достоверное снижение содержания в плазме крови IL-10 к десятым суткам течения инфаркта миокарда, в то время как в группе больных старше 56 лет содержание данного цитокина в динамике достоверно не изменялось.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Abstract. The study included 154 cases of acute myocardial infarction (MI) with ST segment elevation. Cytokine levels were determined in all the patients at days +1 and +10 after hospital admission, using quantitative ELISA assays. On day +1, a more that 2-fold increase was revealed for TNFα and IL-1α, as compared with healthy individuals. On day +10, we found a more than twofold increase in TNFα and IL-8 in blood plasma, whereas IL-1α and IL-10 levels became significantly reduced by the day +10, as compared to median values at day +1 of the study. Moreover, dynamics of the cytokines was compared between clinical subgroups of MI patients classified by gender, age, or presence of early complications. It was noted that the patients with complicated course of myocardial infarction exhibited high levels of IL-1α both on the day 1, and on day +10 of the disease. In female patients, the levels of both IL-8 and IL-10 were not significantly changed by day +10 after MI.
