С привлечением современных иммунологических методов исследования освещены некоторые аспекты механизмов формирования эозинофильной реакции крови при туберкулезе легких. Установлено, что ключевым фактором, обусловливающим развитие гемической эозинофилии при заражении M. tuberculosis, является IL-5, концентрация которого оказалась достоверно выше в сыворотке крови у пациентов с туберкулезной инфекцией, сопровождающейся эозинофилией. Эотаксин – хемокин, специфично действующий в отношении эозинофильных клеток, с одной стороны, опосредует пролонгированное пребывание эозинофилов в кровотоке, а с другой – инициирует процесс адгезии эозинофильных лейкоцитов к эндотелию сосудов с последующей их миграцией в очаг гранулематозного воспаления. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"/><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>туберкулез легких</kwd><kwd>эозинофилия</kwd><kwd>цитокины</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>lung tuberculosis</kwd><kwd>eosinophilia</kwd><kwd>cytokines</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Воронкова О.В., Уразова О.И., Новицкий В.В., Стрелис А.К.
