Мы провели анализ ассоциированности аллельного полиморфизма генов белков теплового шока HSP70-2 в позиции 1267А→G и HSP70-НОМ гена в позиции 2437 Т→С у пациентов европеоидного происхождения, перенесших острый инфаркт миокарда (ИМ) с классическими факторами риска его развития.</p><p>Частота HSP70-HOM*TC гетерозиготного варианта достоверно выше в группе с индексом массы тела (ИМТ) выше 25 относительно здоровых, а частота HSP70-HOM*CC гомозиготного варианта, напротив, достоверно снижена в группе пациентов с ИМТ выше 25 относительно здоровых.
