Природные каталитические аутоантитела (абзимы), обладающие протеолитической (протабзимы) и ДНК-гидролизующей активностью (ДНК-абзимы) выявляются при аутоиммунной патологии в клинике и в эксперименте. Описана каталитическая активность абзимов у больных с различными формами системной (органонеспецифической) и органоспецифической аутоиммунной патологии, а также возможность их использования для мониторинга активности аутоиммунных заболеваний.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Abstract. Natural catalytic autoantibodies (abzymes) posessing proteolytic (protoabzymes) and DNA-hydrolysing (DNA-abzymes) activities are detectable in clinical and experimental autoimmune disorders. Catalytic activity of abzymes is revealed in the patients with different forms of systemic (nonspecific) and organ-specific autoimmune pathology.
