Дана оценка состояния аутореактивности у 70 здоровых волонтеров, привитых вакциной гриппозной субъединичной, штамм А/California/7/2009/(H1N1). Показано, что вакцина безопасна и иммуногена. Выявлено, что двукратное введение вакцины не сопровождается нарастанием аутоантител, как тканевых (к тканям легкого, к общему белку миелина), так и нетканевых (к нативной и денатурированной ДНК), а в некоторых случаях введение вакцины сопровождается значимым снижением уровней аутоантител. Также отмечено, что введение препарата сопровождается снижением общего IgE у лиц с исходным повышением данного показателя.
