На лимфоцитах больных раком яичников, в репродуктивном периоде и в постменопаузе, находящихся в I-IV клинических стадиях (по FIGO), изучены особенности экспрессии дифференцировочных (CD3, CD4, CD8, CD16) и активационных (CD25, CD71, CD95 и HLA-DR) маркеров. Установлена на фоне практически неизменного общего количества лейкоцитов нарастающая в динамике опухолевой прогрессии лимфопения, более выраженная у больных в постменопаузе. При этом наряду с уменьшением количества CD3+ и CD4+ клеток количество CD8+ клеток достоверно нарастало уже на ранних стадиях заболевания. Экспрессия CD16+ повышена на поздних стадиях и была достоверно выше у больных в постменопаузе. Содержание CD25+ лимфоцитов повышено на всех клинических стадиях и достоверно не отличалось в репродуктивном периоде и в постменопаузе. Число CD95+ лимфоцитов повышено, и у больных с III-IV стадией заболевания этот показатель был максимальным. Количество CD71+ клеток было повышенным на всех стадиях заболевания и было достоверно выше у больных в репродуктивном периоде, чем в постменопаузе. Экспрессия молекул HLA-DR усиливалась на лимфоцитах больных уже на начальных стадиях опухоли и достоверно снижалась на IV клинической стадии заболевания. Таким образом, больные раком яичников в репродуктивном периоде и в постменопаузе на различных стадиях опухолевого роста характеризуются различным, динамично изменяющимся фенотипом лимфоцитов периферической крови.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Expression features of markers associated with differentiation (CD3, CD4, CD8, CD16) and activation (CD25, CD71, CD95 and HLA-DR) were studied on lymphocytes from patients of reproductive and postmenopausal age with ovarian cancer (FIGO clinical stages I to IV). Absolute lymphopenia, which was more pronounced in postmenopause, was found to be increased in the course of tumor progression. Moreover, the numbers of CD8+ cells significantly increased since early stages of disease, along with decreased amounts of CD3+ andCD4+ cells. CD16 expression was elevated at later stages, being sufficiently higher in postmenopausal patients. CD25 cell scores was increased at all clinical stages, and did not significantly differ in reproductive vs menopausal age. CD95+ cell number was increased, and it proved to be maximal at stage III-IV of the disease. The numbers of CD71+ cells was increased at all clinical stages of disease, being significantly higher in reproductive period, as compared with menopause. Expression of HLA-DR molecules on lymphocytes was enhanced at early stages of disease followed by significant decrease at stage IV of disease.
