Цель: изучение популяционного состава лимфоцитов эякулята при бесплодии у мужчин. Обследовано 26 мужчин с патологией половых органов (хронический простатит, варикоцеле, атрофии яичек) в возрасте от 20 до 45 лет. В контрольную группу вошли 6 здоровых фертильных добровольцев. Фенотип лимфоцитов эякулята оценивался проточной цитометрией. При патоспермии выявлено увеличение CD25+ лимфоцитов на фоне не изменяющейся доли клеток CD95+, что выразилось в увеличении соотношения CD25+/CD95+. При нормозооспермии величина индекса была 0,94±0,18. Увеличение данного показателя более 1,2, как и снижение менее 0,7, было ассоциировано с бесплодием.
