В обзоре рассмотрены различные варианты коревой вакцины, которые могут быть подразделены на две группы: 1) вакцины, не содержащие живой вирус кори; 2) живая коревая вакцина, применяемая необычным способом.</p><p>Первая группа включает ДНК-вакцины, рекомбинантные вакцины, кодирующие синтез коревого гемагглютинина и белка слияния (fusion), а также пептидные вакцины, содержащие фрагменты упомянутых вирусных белков. Перечисленные варианты вакцины были эффективны в опытах на животных, но не были испытаны на человеке. Ко второй группе относятся, прежде всего, коревые мукозные живые вакцины (аэрозольная и интраназальная), эффективность которых была подтверждена при иммунизации детей и взрослых добровольцев. Мукозная коревая вакцина вызывает местное образование IgA коревых антител – наряду с индукцией синтеза циркулирующих IgM и IgG антител.</p><p>Второй вариант представляет собой живую коревую вакцину, применяемую в сочетании с иммуномодулятором. Создание данного варианта было обосновано известными сведениями о транзиторном иммунодепрессивном эффекте живой коревой вакцины. Экспериментальный вариант представляет собой смесь живой коревой вакцины с иммуномодулирующим пептидом МП-2, предохраняющем Т-лимфоциты от подавляющего их функции вируса.</p><p>Обзор содержит сведения о механизмах иммунизирующего и побочного действия коревых вакцин.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Abstract.
