Обследованы 50 больных сахарным диабетом (I, II тип), 12 пациентов с регматогенной отслойкой сетчатки и 15 здоровых лиц. Выявлено, что осложненная ПДР ассоциируется с повышением уровня VEGF-A в сыворотке крови и слезной жидкости пациентов по сравнению с та- ковым больных со стабильной ПДР и здоровых лиц, а также высоким содержанием VEGF-A в стекловидном теле, достоверно превосходящим значения концентрации этого цитокина при регматогенной отслойке сетчатки. Наиболее тяжелые клинические проявления осложненной ПДР, интраоперационные геморрагические осложнения ассоциировались с резким повышением VEGF-А в сыворотке крови и стекловидном теле, отражавшим нарушения на локальном и системном уровнях.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>VEGF-A contents was studied in blood serum, lacrimal fluid, and vitreous body of patients with different clinical forms of complicated proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR). The study included 50 patients with diabetes mellitus (type I, II), twelve patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment and fifteen healthy individuals. Complicated PDR was shown to be associated with higher levels of VEGF-A in blood serum and lacrimal fluid of these patients as compared to the cases of stable PDR and healthy individuals, as well as increased VEGF-A concentrations in vitreous humor. Concentrations of this cytokine in vitreous body proved to be significantly exceeded those in rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.
